Anon Friends

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Anon Friends application ("app", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Age and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Anon Friends is for users aged 18 and over only. If you are under 18, you may not use the app or create an account.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities conducted under your account. Do not share your password with anyone, and notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Activities

You may use the app for:

• Anonymous chatting
• Meeting new people
• Personalizing your profile

3.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in the app:

• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages
• Creating fake profiles
• Impersonating others
• Sharing illegal content
• Sharing pornographic or sexual content
• Sharing others' personal information without permission
• Attempting to breach app security
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools

4. Content Moderation

4.1 Community Guidelines

We enforce community guidelines to ensure all users interact in a safe and respectful environment.

4.2 Reporting and Blocking

• Options to block and report users are available in every chat
• We encourage you to report inappropriate behavior immediately
• Reports are kept confidential and the reporter's identity is not disclosed

4.3 Content Review

To ensure safety:

• Chat messages are processed through automatic filters
• Suspicious content may be subject to manual review
• Content that violates rules will be removed

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You own the content you upload to your profile and share in the app (avatar, interests, messages).

5.2 Content License

By uploading content to the app, you grant us the rights to:

• Display the content in the app
• Store and back up the content
• Provide app functionality

5.3 Content Removal

You can delete or modify your profile content at any time. When you delete your account, all your content is removed.

6. Account Termination

6.1 Termination by User

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion can be done from Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app.

6.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or permanently close your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of community guidelines
• Providing false or misleading information
• Threatening the safety of other users
• Illegal activities

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 "As Is" Provision

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits or data loss resulting from app use
• We are not liable for the behavior of other users

7.3 User Interactions

Due to the anonymous chat feature, you are responsible for interactions with other users. We recommend not sharing personal information and being cautious.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 App Ownership

The Anon Friends name, logo, and all content of the app are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8.2 Feedback

Feedback and suggestions you send to the app become our property and may be used without any compensation.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

9.2 Competent Court

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
